Will I be the only company in my type of business to advertise on the golf course?
Sorry, but we cannot offer you an exclusive as this would not be fair to other companies in your line of business who want to advertise on the golf course. But, if more than one Realtor wants to advertise on the golf course, for example, we will put one company on the front nine holes and the other company on the back nine holes. Some companies will not want to advertise at all if they are not offered an exclusive. Our feelings are, why would you not want to compete with your competition who might be advertising at the golf course. If you don’t advertise, then you are allowing them to get all the business from our golfers.
When will my sign be installed?
We ship signs to the golf course on Friday of each week. As long as your design is approved by Wednesday of the week, it will be shipped the same week on Friday to be installed at the golf course.
Why do you have a Michigan phone number?
Our company is GolfStyles and we are located in Northern Michigan and have been in business for over 26 years. We are the manufacturer of the signs at the golf course and the exclusive marketing agent for all advertising on these signs. Always feel free to contact the golf course to confirm this with them. We understand there are many scams out there and this is one reason we NEVER ASK ASK FOR ANY MONEY up front. We want you to be comfortable with your purchase and will invoice you after your advertising sign has been designed and approved by you.
Are there any other fees involved like shipping, design, etc?
No, the price we offer includes everything! All design work, shipping your sign to the golf course, and installation of your sign.
When does my advertising start?
Your advertising term starts when the sign is installed at the golf course.
Will I be offered first right of refusal to renew my advertising when it expires?
Yes, our team will contact you first when your advertisement comes up for renewal and you will have the option to renew before your spot is offered to another company.
When is your deadline?
We don't believe in any fast-talking or high-pressure sales crap, so never feel pressured. At the same time, we do only have a limited number of available advertising spots, so when they are gone, they are gone. We normally sell all available spots within 2 weeks of starting our campaigns. Take your time and think about it and let us know if you want to participate or not.
Do you have exact rate of return numbers on this advertising?
Since this is outdoor advertising and very similar to outdoor billboard advertising, there honestly is no way to give an exact rate of return on this. If any advertising agency tries to tell you otherwise, they are not being honest with you. All the major companies know about brand awareness and brand recognition and this is a great way to get your company name and services to the sought-after golfer market at a very reasonable price. Where do I send my logo and how does the design process work?
Once you reserve advertising with us, our design team will go to your Facebook page and/or website and design a preliminary design for you to consider. Of course, you can make any changes to this that you wish. If you have specific things you want on your sign, please add them in the comments when reserving a spot. Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we can help you with a payment program. We are not pressure sales people, so don't hesitate to contact us regarding payment options.
Would you be interested in a trade?
GolfStyles is the exclusive marketing agent for all tee sign advertising at the golf course, but we are not a local company, so we would not benefit from any trades. Sorry!
